For a better experience while visiting our website, CSTCE RO SRL (hereinafter – “We“, “CSTCE“) may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, etc. The information we collect will be used to contact, identify, and/or provide relevant services to you.

CSTCE may collect certain personally identifiable information (“PII“) voluntarily provided by website visitors during their website session(s).

CHILDREN

Secure payment card transaction processing
Our website uses secure checkout to transmit payment card information from a secure web page to a secure payment application.
We do not store complete payment card information on any of our systems. Payment card information is transmitted during the secure checkout process to our secure payment processing partner for payment validation and authorization. Once the payment is processed, the only payment card information we retain is the card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), the last 4 digits of the card used, and the card’s expiration date. We do not retain the full payment card number or payment card CVV/CSC. This practice helps us keep your information secure.
Billing statements reflect a payment for CSTCE.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive certain electronic communications from us. You agree that any notice, agreement, disclosure, or other communication we send to you electronically will satisfy any legal notification requirements, including that such communications be in writing.
All calls, emails, and other communications between you and CSTCE may be recorded. Facebook Ads conversion tracking (Facebook pixel) is an analytics service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. that connects data from the Facebook advertising network with actions performed on this application. Google Ads conversion tracking (Google Inc.)
Google Ads conversion tracking is an analytics service provided by Google LLC or by Google Ireland Limited, depending on the location from which this application is accessed, that connects data from the Google Ads advertising network with actions performed in this application. Google Analytics display advertising extension (Google Inc.)
Google Analytics on this application might use Google’s interest-based advertising, third-party audience data, and information from the DoubleClick cookie to extend analytics with demographic data, interests, and interaction data with ads.

Receiving information from CSTCE
When you place an order on our website, we may send you an email receipt confirming your order. Similarly, when you create an account on our website, we will send you an email confirming the creation of the account.
You will receive these emails, otherwise known as transactional emails, regardless of whether you choose to sign up for our email subscription. Please note that receiving our transactional emails does not automatically sign you up for our email subscription program. We periodically send emails to our email subscribers to help keep you informed about our new services, features, and/or special promotions. We send emails only to visitors who sign up during checkout or subscribe to our email subscription on our website.
In each email we distribute, we include instructions on how to unsubscribe from our email subscriber list.
By providing us with your email address, phone number, and other personal data or subscribing through our subscription form on our website, you consent to us sending you marketing, advertising, and other messages and notifications about our services. By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating an order, subscribing through our subscription form or a keyword, and checking the appropriate box, you consent to us sending you text notifications and marketing text offers.
Marketing text messages will not exceed 3 per month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any order. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing text messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link we provide in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative opt-out methods, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out.
